If you find the same trip or service available at a lower publicly advertised price from another UK-based travel provider, we’ll do our best to match or beat that price — so you can book with total confidence.
1. How Our Price Match Works
If you find a lower price for the exact same booking within 24 hours of making a reservation on FareHall.com, simply contact our Customer Care team.
Once we verify the details and confirm eligibility, we’ll either match the lower fare or offer FareHall travel credit for the difference.
2. What Qualifies for a Price Match
To qualify, the competing offer must:
- Be for the same travel product — identical route, airline, flight class, hotel room type, cruise ship, cabin category, and travel dates.
- Include the same terms — cancellation policy, inclusions, taxes, and fees.
- Be offered by a UK-based company that is ATOL- or ABTA-protected.
- Be bookable immediately (not “on request” or “subject to confirmation”).
- Be quoted in GBP (£).
You’ll need to provide:
- A valid screenshot or written quote clearly showing the lower price.
- The website link or company name offering the deal.
- Your FareHall booking reference number.
3. What’s Not Covered
The FareHall Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Prices from auction or bidding sites (e.g., eBay, Priceline Express Deals).
- Loyalty, reward, employee, corporate, or member-only discounts.
- Prices that result from errors, currency fluctuations, or special promotions unavailable to the public.
- Packages that differ in any component (dates, class, inclusions, etc.).
- Offers from non-UK or unlicensed travel companies.
4. How to Request a Price Match
To submit a claim, email us within 24 hours of booking:
Please include:
- Your FareHall booking reference number
- Proof of the lower-priced offer (screenshot, link, or quote)
- Your full contact details
We aim to review all claims within 2 business days and will contact you with the outcome.
5. Our Decision
All Price Match claims are reviewed individually.
If approved, we will:
- Refund the price difference to your original payment method or
- Issue a FareHall travel credit for future use.
FareHall.com reserves the right to verify all claims and determine final eligibility.
Our decision will be final and binding.
6. Policy Updates
We may update or modify this Price Match Policy at any time without notice.
